Job Description

The Senior Product Reliability Engineer will develop the Product Reliability function to support all phases of Product Lifecycle, including Product Development, Product Realization and Product Improvement, utilizing Six - Sigma, ISO-9001, and LEAN Manufacturing principles and methodologies where applicable. This role will support the Quality Assurance and Product Reliability mission to internally expand and improve the quality culture and manufacturing process capability, and support the strategic planning efforts of continuous improvement, customer driven service, and product quality and reliability. This is a hands-on, in-the-field kind of role and will supervise the Product Reliability Engineering group engaged in test development, test execution, data evaluation, and test result reporting for Product Reliability. The role will also&coordinates with Engineering and Marketing in the development of Engineering Specifications and associated Test Criteria for New Product Development, and oversee the review of in-house/field test comparison results and subsequent reports.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in Engineering and at least five years& experience in design, engineering, manufacturing, product reliability or quality field. Three to five years in a supervisory role is preferred.
