Job Description

The Sales Manager is expected to maximize sales by calling on key clients within their customer base. Effectiveness in the role will depend on developing relationships, monitoring major projects, and taking action to maximize exposure and success. This role will also conduct and coordinate training sessions with customers. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of selling, pricing, marketing and distribution models within the industry, technical knowledge of lighting products and requirements, and demonstrated ability to attain sales goals. The position requires extensive travel and flexible hours including evenings, as well as computer skills with MS Officeparticularly Excel and PowerPoint.

The territory for this positoin includes AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, and the Florida panhandle.
