Job Description

Using advanced Reliability Engineering principles, the Reliability Engineer maintains and improves quality of existing products or effectively recommends new robust design to enhance functionality/eliminate defects. This position provides technical leadership for Reliability Engineering associated with product optimization and enhancement of released or existing products, and uses effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead Reliability Optimization project teams. The chosen candidate will also contribute to the direction and goals of the Product and Process Optimization Department by determining Strategic Planning Initiative and initiating actions. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of ten years progressive experience with five years in reliability and product optimization, defect elimination, and/or quality. MS in Reliability is strongly preferred.
