Job Description

The Production Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for hiring, training, motivating, and counseling a group of skilled mechanical technicians. Day to day responsibilities include scheduling workloads, developing and maintaining data collection and reporting systems, and supervising and coordinating special projects such as moving machines and part installation. This position will also develop and implement processes and procedures to meet the company goal of continuous improvement. Qualified candidates will have a technical understanding of maintenance activities and demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, electrical, and PLC systems with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and associated engineering documentation. This is a third shift position, working hours Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm - 7:00am.
