Job Description

The Molding Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the molding department to ensure production schedules and inventory needs are met. Specific responsibilities include daily meetings with staff to communicate priorities and review the previous days production, documenting the receipt, issue and storage of all stockroom component parts, evaluating performance of molding personnel, and recommending and implementing process improvements. The Molding Supervisor will also work on specific projects in order to continue career development. Qualified candidates will have previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with plastic injection molding is strongly preferred. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a plus. We are a 24/5 production facility and are seeking supervisors for first, second, and third shifts.
