Job Description

The Molding Process Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and improving existing systems and providing technical leadership for product optimization with a focus on process, tooling, and material. The chosen candidate will apply advanced engineering and scientific molding knowledge i.e. moldflow, part advisor analysis, Design of Experiment. Day to day tasks includes hands on Process Optimization and Validation, identifying and implementing cost reduction opportunities, matrices, and reports. The position requires hands on molding experience as well as proven track record on continual process improvement efforts via material, process, tooling and automation enhancements. B.S. in Engineering is required. Specific focus on Plastics and/or M.S. is strongly preferred.
