Molding Maintenance Technician - Second Shift

Job Description
This role requires advanced experience in troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades and preventative maintenance to injection molding machines and related production equipment. This role will also provide technical training to junior technicians. Responsibilities include root cause analysis of machinery failures and proactive resolution of problems. Qualified candidates will have excellent electro-mechanical skills with knowledge of pneumatics, programmable logic controllers, sensors, servos, motor controls, and electrical theory, typically acquired through two years of trade school and/or six to eight years of related experience. Additional necessary skills are proficiency in use of precision measuring instruments (electrical metering equipment, multi-meters, calipers, gauge pens, etc,) ability to speak and write in English sufficient to follow and give written instructions and perform written documentation in a specialized field, and computer literacy.
