Through our activity committees we plan and provide activities and events for our employees and their families. Many activities and events are usually scheduled around established holidays. 

Our on-site fitness center at our San Marcos headquarters is here to deliver an integrated program of total health and well being to Hunter Industries’ most valuable asset — its employees and their family members. Through wellness education, motivation and intervention programs we enable employees to adopt positive lifestyle habits resulting in a healthy, safe and productive work environment.

Hunter Industries supports a Volunteer Committee, H2O (Hunter Helping Others) which for its excellence in community service, was awarded the prestigious 1998 JC Penney Golden Rule Award. The Committee’s responsibility is to ensure that every employee has the opportunity to participate in volunteer projects that help the community, in which they live and work. Volunteer projects range from the collections of specific items for local charities and nonprofit organizations, as well as hands-on projects within the community.
